Technically, we skipped summer this year, so we've been itching for a beach fix. A few weekends ago we packed up for a day trip to the coast and boy, was it great. We listened to LDS Conference on the 2 hour drive and, following a few tips from a local friend, found some gorgeous little spots.

Oh, how lovely! Probably one of my only complaints about Utah is that it is so far away from the ocean -- it's such a fun place to play and explore. And it looks like you had the place kind of to yourselves, what a great spot!
